We as a team always concerned to provide a turnkey service to our valued clients with cost effective.

In General Price is Exclusive of

• Entrance fees to all the sites mentioned in the program.
• Lunch, Dinner or Any other meal throughout the tour.
• Early check in or late checkout charges.
• Toll Charges. 
• Tips, gratitude & Porter.
• Usage of vehicle beyond the given route drives after 06.00 PM, usage of guide beyond the mentioned timings or anything beyond the itinerary
• Camera or Video permits.
• Expenses of a personal nature.
• Any Increase in the fuel surcharge or any kind of taxes levied by the respective government or statutory bodies. 
• Any Increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in all land arrangements which may come in to effect prior to departure. 
• Cost of extension of the validity or deviation from the route of the tour 
• Porter, laundry, wines & alcoholic beverages, mineral water (unless specified), telephone charges, shopping, all items of personal nature and also food and drinks not forming the part of the group menus. 
• Any extra expenses incurred for changing the route due to any unforeseen circumstances, forced majuire instances, natural calamities, political disturbances, strikes etc. 
• Extra cost incurred due to illness, accident, hospitalization or any Individual unforeseen cost incurring incidence. 
• Any private transfers taken to move from one place to another instead of coach 
• Additional extra topping if taken 
• Any add-on sightseeing/activities along with transfers if done other than mentioned in the tour program. 
• Any upgrade in the room category.
• Water bottle charges 
• Medicines required if any 
• Service or Government taxes as applicable from time to time 
• Anything not specifically mentioned in ‘Your Tour Price Includes Column’.

Cancellation   Policy

1. Cancellations with in 01 to 06 days of the arrival date – 100% of the value of the booking
2. Cancellations with in 7 to 13 days of the arrival date – 50% of the value of the booking
3. Cancellations with in 14 to 28 days of the arrival date – 25% of the value of the booking
4. Cancellations beyond 28 days of the arrival date – to be decided by the hotel on case-by-case basis

RATES & VALIDITY

All rates quoted are in US Dollars (US$) and are non-commissionable.  The rates in this document are subject to change/revision based on any increase / decrease in the hotels’/suppliers’ rates or the taxes imposed by the government. 

IMPORTANT

• • The above mentioned hotels will only be confirmed on availability at the time of booking. If otherwise suitable alternatives will be suggested prior to confirmation.

• The consumption of alcohol during “Poya Days” at bars, clubs and other public areas of the hotel and operation of similar forms of entertainment establishments is prohibited by law in Sri Lanka. It is recommended that clients contact the Reception to obtain their respective formalities during their holiday. 

• IMPORTANT – Kindly note that check in time to all hotels will be at 1400 hrs and check out is at 1200.
• All transfer times mentioned above are subject to variations depending on traffic flow and road conditions. 

IMPORTANT: Please note the new visa procedure implemented by the Department of Immigration/Emigration for all tourists arriving to Sri Lanka effective from the 1st January 2012.
